14. Dispute Resolution

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, OUR DATA PRACTICES, OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL BE DETERMINED BY BINDING ARBITRATION. The Company shall have the right to select the arbitrator. YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LEGAL PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A CLASS ACTION OR SEEK RELIEF ON A CLASS BASIS. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void.

14.3 Jury Trial Waiver

YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR OUR DATA PRACTICES.

14.4 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@leerecs.com within 30 days of first accepting this Privacy Policy. If you opt out, neither you nor the Company can require the other to participate in arbitration.
